I'm surprised to see the loss. I still haven't gotten back on track with my diet yet, and was not very active except to go shooting over the last two days. I hardly think that is enough for the loss. I plan to make a good start to it today. I have been having difficulty with irregularity, and have been drinking coffee like it's going out of style all weekend. So maybe that's it, and I'm dehydrated? In any case, it's encouraging to see that I might not have as much work to do as I thought.On with it then.
My mini goal for today, is to limit my coffee, and concentrate on the water. (ABSOLUTELY NO MORE PEPSI!) And to get out for my walk this evening. The weather is beautiful today. I have no excuse not to go other than laziness.

Yesterday was a bottomless pit day. I really need to get back on track. I'm falling back into my old eating habits, because of stress, convenience, finances, and emotional triggers. Time to put the brakes on this runaway train... after I finish my latte.
