I don't even want to talk about my eating habits today. I'm not sure exactly what I was thinking. I know I haven't been to the grocery store, and I was home with my youngest son Isaac, who caught a stomach bug or something. I got surrounded by some unhealthy choices and I caved. I go back to work tomorrow though, and I usually do a lot better.
On a lighter note....I got GREAT news from the pediatrician about Tyler!! He isn't allergic to anything else!! YAAAYYY!! That means, once I get his gluten free diet under control, his intestines will begin to heal. Then I can slowly re-introduce lactose into his diet and he should be good!! That's what we are hoping for anyway!! I'm so EXCITED!! Makes me feel a little less disheartened!! Wishing everyone a great day and healthy choices...I'm going to start listening to my own advice right this minute!! lol!

Yaaayyy!! 2lbs gone!! Today is my birthday celebration for my two beautiful baby boys!! I made Tyler's gluten free, soy free, dairy free cake last night...lol...surprising it didn't taste terrible..but not great either. I spiced it up with some green gluten free frosting and got the Backyardigan's decor to go on it. It turned out pretty cute. Lemme tell ya...if I go on the gluten free diet with my son (just because I'm that type of mom), I will drop weight for sure...the bread, pasta, etc substitutes are pretty nasty!!
Well...My new goal is to be out of the 190's by Christmas day. I think that is possible. I only have 3.5 lbs to get to 190 so I'm pretty sure I can do it!! :) Hope everyone has a great weekend!! Love ya fatsecret buddies!! :)

I'm writing in my journal to avoid the late night snacking. I'm feeling the urge to eat something and I really don't want to!!! So...I'm gonna repeat these words until I'm not hungry anymore.
"I am not really hungry. You can overcome this. You deserve to lose the weight and show the world the gorgeous person you really are."
Ok...I'm gonna go drink a lot of water now....lol.

My goal for next week is to start exercising again. Especially with Christmas coming up. Things are starting to settle down a bit around my house, so that's good. I am having both my lil' ones birthday party this weekend. Hard to believe they will be ONE and TWO!! lol!! Just doesn't seem possible. Gonna try to have healthy stuff to eat, especially with Tyler's new...gluten free, soy free, lactose free...God knows what else "free" diet! LOL! I'm supposed to get his food allergy panel back today and I am keeping my fingers crossed that he isn't allergic to eggs. Guess we shall see. Hope everyone has a great weekend....I'm gonna STAY ON TRACK. Weekends are the devil for me....but I have made up my mind to stay in points!!

I'm just going to leave it at I had a horrible night last night. Absolutely awful. I'm soooo ready for 2009....things are going to change for the better!! I have been sticking to my points pretty well, but haven't been exercising. I need to get back on track with that.
