I’ve been doing muscle building/strength stretches for 3 weeks now as started cardio today. I’m hoping me not drinking any of those flavored creamers will help. It’s hard when you have so much candy left in the house from Christmas and I don’t want to waste it or throw it away but yet it’s here and can be tempting. Not today it hasn’t been. Also no soda!! The manual scales is not very accurate so I’m gonna try to get a digital one.

I’ve had a lot go on and have lost motivation to do anything! I have finally decided to start out slow a few weeks ago with stretching for about 15 minutes each day. I’m so out of shape but need to get back into some type of shape. I help hubby do hardwood floors and it can stress your muscles, that’s why i decided I needed to get my stretching going but even that makes me sore. Going to do some Zumba tomorrow for cardio. Hoping that will give me the energy I need and get me motivated!

Well I’m hoping I can do better this summer found me some recipes for keto with fiber. Kind of went off the rails the last two weeks again because I lost my job so I’m kind of anxious about getting a new one now but trying to keep hopeful and positive. I know eating everything isn’t going to solve my problem.
