Slowly but surely I am closing in on 165. I would really like to see 164 and it may happen over this weekend. I might do some 18/6 fasting to see if I can speed up the process. Feeling great!

Wow...Imagine my surprise when I jumped on the scale today! I hit my goal almost! The funny thing is I thought I might weigh a little more as I made a protein shake with banana and almonds butter at 10 the night before as I did not get enough protein with dinner. I still have some muscle soreness from my lifting session on Tuesday and know my body is in build and repair mode so it used it right up as I slept. Right on track!

7.4% body fat 45.5% muscle
Overall doing well. Starting to see more definition in my abs and the back and abdomen fat appear to be less. Started lifting so I am feeling leaner and stronger than before. Still would like to hit 165 and 7% body fat.
