Didnt track over the weekend, and fell into an Oreo coma on Saturday, but overall I didnt think I did too bad. Kept up with the walking and spent the day outside in the sun mowing and starting my garden seeds. Sitting outside today for a work call and its a little chillier but still nice to be outside.

Havent done much exercising the past couple of days because I jacked up something in my back. Its getting better each day so I should be able to jump back in next week. I was able to go for a walk yesterday and today so Im happy I got in something.
My tracking has sucked. Ive done it, but sometimes its the end of the night and Im "catching up". Not exactly how I should be doing it. I also havent really been paying attention to my macs. Ive been trying to get protein, but not paying attention to fiber or fat which are important to me. Hopefully, now that Ive acknowledged this, Ill pay more attention to it.

Gaining 4.8 kg a Week

Not too bad the first half of the day, but I definitely had too much food for the last half.
Didnt do my Zoom workout last night, but I did take the dog for a 3 mile walk and that helped.
Still a little too cold to be outside starting seeds. The sun is out today so hopefully this afternoon I can get some done. We'll see.

Forgot to weigh in until I was already dressed and then it seemed like too much work (haha), so I waited till today. Not too bad considering we had Dominos last night. My kid thinks she doesnt like cheese so we got a pizza with "light" cheese and it was pretty good. I like cheese, but it doesnt "make or break" me, so we might order it like that in the future.
I got in a good walk yesterday with the dogs and my mom, and then a good workout last night. After it was over I did a few farmer carrys and then tried jumping rope - which I just suck at. But I tried and Ill try again.
We're doing a work challenge of trying to hit 10k steps but I havent hit it yet. Instead of beating myself up, I decided to aim for my personal step goal and I finally hit it yesterday. Once I can do that regularly, then Ill aim for 10k.
Illinois stay at home order is allegedly over on 4/7, but it is anticipated that our governor will extend it through the end of April. Im struggling, but feel fortunate that the non-profit I work for is run so well that we are still getting paid to work from home- even though we cant hold events right now. Theres so much "behind the scenes" stuff that people dont realize and we have a chance to really capitalize on our time to do things. Lots of meetings happening but I dont mind, it helps me stay connected.
Finally, it finally stopped raining so I think I should be able to get my little greenhouse out and get some seeds started. I shouldve done this already, but the weather sucked and I didnt want to play with dirt inside. I cant wait to see what I have and what Im going to grow. Im sad that I havent been out to buy more seeds, but maybe Ill grab some the next time I make it to the store. Right now Im going to plant mostly flowers, and a few veggies. Then we will see. My garden isnt ready to plant things straight in the ground, and its still a bit too cold.
