I woke up late for work yesterday which wouldnt be a problem except I had a call with my boss and another member of leadership. Sooo...I frantically got myself together and at my desk on time, but forgot to weigh in. 😁
I tightened my fitbit on yesterdays walk and I could see a difference in the steps. Ive been feeling a little defeated with my steps because they were so low - even with the extra walking Ive been doing so it was nice to see that Im on the right track. I hate this new band so Ive been wearing it a little looser.

Yesterday was MEH. I ate way too much candy and didnt drink enough water. I didnt go to the "gym" but I did get in a walk. Unfortunately, during our walk, my mother fell on the sidewalk. Shes ok but a bit bruised, but its just a reminder to me that my mom isnt invincible.
Decided to fast until lunch to help keep my cals down today. My goals today are to log, drink water, and hit my step goal.

I seem to be hovering between 249-251. Im thankful that Im at least maintaining, but I hate seeing that 5 pop up.
My kids grandparents dropped off an Easter Basket yesterday and its all stuff my kid doesnt really like - but I do. So thats going to be a challenge.
We had a nice big dinner last night and I couldve crammed 5 of those stupid flaky rolls in my mouth but I kept it down to 2...
Today Im going to focus on drinking more water. Its funny how people talk about "all this time" we have, working from home, but Ive actually been kinda busy. And in that, I havent been getting near enough water. So, simple goal, but I know it will make me feel like a bajillion times better.
OH - finally remember to test my glucose - 99. Id like it to be lower, but Im glad its not higher!
