I weighed in this morning at 137. I have been doing pretty good. On some days I have not fit in all my meals which I know is not good, I am just at an extreme stressful point in my life, that I am running around like crazy. I have been exercising every day but not the 60mins that he requests, I get in 25-30mins as I can, way better than I was doing before. I hope things will settle down after this week but I know this week is going to be the worst in regards to stress it's already starting off horrible. I hope to be rid of this business by the end of the week.. I hope everyone is doing well. I will check in as I can.

I am doing pretty good. I am on Day 4 of the EFS Cycle 1. I have not been able to do all the exercise time that he says to do but I am trying to do whatever I can for as long as I can, I am really out of shape. 20 mins on the elliptical is kicking my butt. I feel pretty good though. I am not going hungry. I weighed myself this morning just to see and I was 137.9, not bad. I hope everyone is doing well.

Ok I am back and starting over. I have decided to do the extreme fat smash this time as after reading it it seems more geared towards the weight loss that I am looking for. I have not been following the diet for weeks, hence the weight gain. My business is selling, it's in escrow, it's set to close on 6/28. I have been going out to eat and just stressing out instead of trying to make myself better. So, now I am back. I bought an elliptical machine for my house so I have no excuse on not getting out to exercise. I want to lose 20-25 pounds. I hope everyone is doing well and not falling off the wagon as I have. Wish me luck, I really need it, I really want to go hard core with it this time and see what results I can get. Happy Monday to all..

Starting over....I have been way off track and have let my stressful life get in the way of my eating and exercising and I am tired of it. I just have to try and get and stay focused again, which I know I can do. I keep waiting for my life to settle down a bit before I was going to get serious with this again but I am coming to realize that that may never happen, so there is no better time than now!! I have been off track for about 3 weeks and have gained 5 pounds I believe. So disappointed in myself but I only have myself to blame. I know how to eat well and I have to MAKE myself exercise no matter how long and overwhelming work days, I have to do it for myself. My business is hopefully sold and I am praying I am out by June 20th, then my work life will become like a normal employee and not a business owner. I hope everyone is doing well..
