I'm refuse to post my weight until Monday. I weighed myself on on Monday of this week and today I am some how just over 4 pounds heavier. First of all, I worked out super hard last night in a bootcamp class and this morning my hands were pretty swollen and I'm going to inquire about that. It seems like every time I have a hard workout at the gym, the next day my hands are swollen and I have to take a water pill. I'm doing pretty intense exercise right now and I just KNOW my body is fluctuating to adjust. But this morning -- Pissed Off! I am NOT giving up and will continue to eat healthy, log my intake, work out and enjoy how my changing figure feels. The scale will eventually catch up...... ugh.

I'm logging a weigh in even though my usual day is Friday. I wasn't upset that I had gained given I was approachnig my cycle and had started a new workout program. I was curious this morning, however, so I jumped on the scale and see that I'm down so I'm logging it in today (Sunday) and promised myself I would not weigh again until Friday.

Well I added more exercise to my week, including a new program consisting of a boxing work out but yet my weight is up. I'm not freaking out about it because I was on point this week and the only thing I can say is, my body is adjusting. Also, I'm experiencing menstrual time so that could add to the scale. Regardless, I'm proud of what I've accomplished this week and can already see results on my body even though the scale says otherwise.

Wow - Today I did a one hour traditional boxing workout minus sparring/contact. 60 minute interval style workout with heavy bag work, jump rope, drills, core work and finished with stretching. I'm so excited that I was confident to try something new and see how far I could push myself. I am looking forward to challenging myself my with this new fitness program!

No usual work out today. Instead I walked the dogs and shoveled. Shoveling was pretty intense while I was breaking up and moving ice! I did quite a bit of stretching because my muscles are tight, especially my back from running. Tomorrow eve I'm going to try a women's boxing workout and I'm super excited about that. Right now I've eaten 1400 calories but I'm still hungry -- grrrrr!
