Hi I'm 64 and will be married 44 yrs. this summer. I have 4 children with 8 grandchildren plus one more on the way . I have tried other diets but the only one that I have ever lost weight on is the Atkins diet , I should have stayed on it but that was 10 ys. ago , so here I am back on it for the last 12 days. Wish me luck I plan to stay on it till I'm a goddess LOL.
