Hi. My name is Vicki Swift and I have had a history of being on this site several times over the past four years. First I was doing Atkins and then I did South Beach. Unfortunately, I had a tough time sticking to anything long term. On January 22, 2012 I was introduced to someone who had done Advocare 24 day challenge and has lost over 110 pounds and kept if off for the past three years. I was impressed and wanted to know more. I purchased the 24 day challenge and started. I weighed in at 223 pounds. The heaviest I had been ever! I started out with a gentle and non eventful herbal cleanse the first 10 days and WOW! I lost 10 lbs in 10 days! I then went on to do the MNS3 Metabolic nutritional system along with using spark for mental focus and additional energy. I ended up losing 22 pounds and 11.75 inches all over my body in 24 days! Going forward to today, October 20, 2012, I have lost a total of 50 pounds! I am now weighing in at 173 pounds and still going strong! I am getting ready to start my challenge again Next Thursday but wanted to share my success with people on FatSecret as I know sometimes you just need a little encouragement! I found out that eating is the secret, not dieting. You need to know the secret and I will be happy to help anyone who would like to try it.
