Well yet again I feel as though I need to lose weight. Ive tried everything from starving myself to using over the counter diet pills. This time I just plan on making minor changes, liking not eating after 8PM. Then maybe build from that, lord knows I everything else Ive tried has failed or was impossible to maintain.
