I feel pretty good. As for my goal of not eating after 9pm, I have succeeded 4 out of 5 days. I think Monday nights will be my major challenge because I have class from 6-9pm. Gonna have to get creative I think!

I did good last night. I didn't eat after 9pm. This is one of the habits I'm trying to reform. I have friends that eat dinner at a descent time and then go to bed without eating again, that's what I want!! I want to be normal!

Ok I suck! Last night was the first day of my challenge and I failed horribly! I did well through out the day and then I went to class that evening. I was good till I got home and I was starving!!! I ate after 9PM!!!!! I had a full fledged meal after 9PM!!!! I'm gonna have to figure out a way to eat at a descent time so I'm not starving after a late evening. Anyway, today is a new day so I will start over....We will see!

Well, today is the day. Today I try something new, something Ive never done before. I will not eat anything after 8PM. This has been my demon for a long time because I'm a late night snacker. If I can master this then I know changes will happen within me. I already have plans to slowly real back the time until I'm not eating after 6PM. This in it's self will be better for me because I've read so much about how our bodies don't get true rest if we eat late. Anyways, this is my first challenge! Let's see how the first day goes!!!!
