Busy,busy week. Went to eye doctor and found out that I need eye surgery. So Dec 16th I'll be having correctve surgery on one eye and then the other eye will be done at a later date. I just don't have the time for this inconvience. Too much to do to get ready for the holidays. I need to try harder to stay on goals that I set. Still am eating too many Atkins Bars and not enough vegetables.

Best wishes for the eye surgery. Been there, done that, worrying eh. But SO worth it in the end. :)

As for the Atkins bars, I am glad they aren't here, in a way, I love the hazelnut crunch tooooo much. How about setting a limit of one (or half) a day?? OK, I know that's a hard one, sorry.
