I'm on the downward swing of the pendulum and it looks like I've lost my goal of a half of a pound per week. I am back on the Keto wagon and the cravings a gradually ebbing away. Now I just need to get some more movement into my days. The heat makes that more challenging. Why work up a sweat when you can sweat by standing still? (Just kidding)
I had a breakfast sausage sandwich made with a chaffle for the bun. It's hard to record that because the recipes for chaffles are so varied, so I'll just include the ingredients when I log them
