I am at the weight goal my PCC set for 3 months ago. Now let's see if I can hold that until the 9th when I see her again. I have a terrible habit of self-sabotage whenever I hit goals.

It's a gorgeous day outside and the pollen rate is low. Time for me to stop making excuses and go for a walk
88.6 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Can you just pretend like you didn't hit the goal and go on like you been? kind of a psychological fake it to you make it kind of thing? 😉 Keep working on it 💪 😃!
