Four-and-a-half pound drop overnight? Yep - I checked and rechecked. It's all about fluid. When I eat high-carb processed (inflammatory) food, I hold onto fluid like a sponge. When I eat clean and reasonably low carb, I drop fluid immediately. Also, let's just say that I'm not constipated anymore.
I'm not excited about this because I know it's not real fat loss, although I hope there were a few ounces in this drop. What's exciting is when my jeans fit better. That's the real proof of fat loss.
I had a hearty high protein breakfast as I'm about to go buy groceries and one must never do that hungry.
