Threw myself into fall cleaning to keep from thinking about eating. Five hours passed without thinking about eating,but I'm absolutely exhausted. Even so, I managed to get the Halloween decorations down from the attic and finished decorating the house. Still haven't had the courage to weigh myself. I guess that I'm afraid that I'll backslide if the scale has stayed the same.

No you won't! You will be strong and continue on no matter what the scale says. That is what is so wonderful about this journey. You can start over as many times as you want to. Just keep trying and even though it's hard sometimes try not to get discouraged! Also make sure you are eating enough. Did you only have 558 calories?
