I want so bad to hit the 20 lb mark by Sunday. I missed my 30 minute walk 2 days in a row and didn't get close to 10,000 steps. On the up side, I only work 1/2 day today and did 3 miles and 50 minutes on the treadmill. Maybe I'll go again after work to make up for the lost days. I think it's going to be really difficult for me to increase my calories to 1500. Especially with the food choices I have. I felt sick after dinner last night. Like I ate way too much food. I feel like I'm trying to eat, just to get the calories and not enjoying it.
