Yeahh! I finally broke that 170 mark. Starting phase 3 today and scared to death. I hope it's ok to keep losing, because I certainly plan on trying. Not sure how long I have to break for, someone said 6 weeks. That seems forever and dangerous. I'm soooo afraid to go over that 170 mark again. EVER!!!
