I should be happy that I'm losing.. the meds I take make it difficult. But, today I came to the realization that I'm pampering myself too much. I've been pretty good about my carb intake, but I seem to overdo on the fats and proteins. I will definately have to limit my calorie intake without setting myself up for failure. I worry that my hunger will cause me to "grab" sugary foods. I tend to crave sugar when hungry. 1000 calories a day is my new goal starting tomorrow.
