The dance class went well considering... Weighed in this morning and have lost another pound. Maybe I'll be successful the second time around.Reading the forum posts and journals have helped me stay on course. I find that keeping a record of my food intake is also a very important part of dieting. Thank goodness this website is available and thanks to all my fellow members who take the time and make the effort to assist each other.
