I got through the weekend and although I didnt go overboard I didnt follow the diet like I should have. I know that I have to take this on as a way of life and not as a "diet". I am learning to not be so hard on myself and to try and remember the accomplishements that I have achieved. I would rather lose slowly and permanently then do the up and down with quick success. Its a daily journey that I have to learn to walk one step at a time. I am using various sources in efforts of equipping myself with the tools for success. I have to learn to cook and eat in a healthy manner. Its not easy eating healthy when unhealthy is usually cheaper and quicker but again, its a learning process.

My thoughts exactly! It's really hard to get out of habits your so use to and it's a mental process as well. I keep telling myself this is a change in lifestyle not a diet, there is no rush to reach my goal weight...I just need to get there. Good luck on your lifestyle change as well! Cheers
