Additional Description/Notes:
Changed to reflect actual Nutrition Facts as found on container as if 4/23/14.
According to J. Bowden "Living Low Carb" in yogurt the milk sugar is converted in the fermenting process by the lactic acid bacteria and teh "real amount of CHO left in 1/2 cup of plain yogurt or kefir is only 2 grams - measured by Dr. Jack Goldbert of GO-Diet fame in his own lab. This would be the full fat variety.
So I added fiber count to get a 2 nc count.
