nutrition facts per 145g bowl

This soup is an odd creature judging by the various nutritional data around. The above value for weight (145g, or 5.1 oz) appears to refer to the weight before adding water to make up the soup. When water is added to the fill line and soup cooked as per instructions, its net weight is less than or around 350g. On that basis, the nutritional data given on the UK packet, which is correctly stated as per 100g of cooked weight, yields a total calorific value of somewhat less than 80 kCalories and an Na content of less than 1000 mg (although the latter is hard for me to interpret because common salt (NaCl) is listed separately and I am not at all sure why that is. If the figures quoted above are correct, soup has surprisingly small number of calories given its weight and a rather high or perhaps even very high Na content. Maybe someone with genuine knowledge of nutrition can shed some further light on this. The soup itself is, incidentally, jolly nice tasting and while rather pricey it is reasonable value by UK standards (which means in the case of food, incorporates a very healthy profit for those involved in its distribution).
