Pasta al Pesto di Zucchine
È una versione più leggera della classica pasta al pesto, ma comunque saporita.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mettere sul fuoco l'acqua della pasta.
- Nel frattempo, porre mandorle e grana nel mixer e sminuzzare. Aggiungere poi le zucchine (se si vuole si possono sbollentare o cuocere al microonde, io le preferisco crude) e il basilico, frullare tutti gli ingredienti aggiungendo se necessario un po' di acqua di cottura della pasta (se si usano le zucchine cotte non serve).
- Aggiungere la robiola (o 1/2 scatola di ricotta per una versione ancora più light) per rendere il più cremoso e condire la pasta.
