Muffin de Avena y Yogurt

Una opción saludable sin harina de trigo y sin azúcar.

Directions

  1. Batir por un minuto el yogur, junto con el aceite y los huevos, luego agregar la esencia de vainilla y estevia o endulzante a gusto.
  2. Sin dejar de batir incorporar la harina de avena (también puede ser avena tradicional triturada en cualquier procesador de alimentos) y los polvos de hornear.
  3. Porcionar en moldes individuales para muffins y luego introducir en el horno precalentado a 180º por unos 35 minutos.
