  1. Préchauffez votre four a 180 (T.6).
  2. Mélange Miel, Fromage et menthe. Salez, Poivrez.
  3. Coupez la pate feuilleté en trois et garnir chaque partie d'un peu de farce.
  4. Repliez pour former de jolis feuilletés. Puis, repartissez du jaune d'oeuf pour qu'ils dorent a la cuisson.
  5. Plus qu'a enfourner 30min a 180. Degustez chaud.
