Ovo Pochê ao Molho de Tomate

Um refogado com ovos, molho de tomate e ervilhas super fácil de fazer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Coza as ervilhas congeladas a parte e reserve-as.
  2. Numa frigideira/panela, refogar a cebola e alho picados em azeite até a cebola começar a amolecer.
  3. Acrescentar o molho/passata de tomate, o tomate picado, a cenoura ralada e ervas/temperos. Misturar tudo muito bem e adicionar água, aos poucos, para o molho não ficar demasiado grosso. Prove e adicione sal a gosto, se necessário.
  4. Deixar em fogo médio até que levanta fervura.
  5. Adicionar as ervilhas já cozidas.
  6. Quebrar os 3 ovos, com gema e clara, para dentro da frigideira/panela e tampa-la. Deixar em fogo baixo até os ovos ficarem cozidos (+/- 20~25 minutos).
  7. Servir com queijo ralado por cima e, se quiser, tiras de presunto.
