Velouté de Poireaux

Une bonne petite soupe de poireaux.

Directions

  1. Eplucher les pomme de terre et les couper en morceaux. Préparer les poireaux et les couper en rondelles. Mettre dans une cocotte minute. couvrir avec 1,5 l d'eau et ajouter un kub or.
  2. Faire cuire 10 minutes après la rotation de la soupape.
  3. Mixer au mixeur pour obtenir un velouté. Savourer.
