Directions
- Eplucher les pomme de terre et les couper en morceaux. Préparer les poireaux et les couper en rondelles. Mettre dans une cocotte minute. couvrir avec 1,5 l d'eau et ajouter un kub or.
- Faire cuire 10 minutes après la rotation de la soupape.
- Mixer au mixeur pour obtenir un velouté. Savourer.
