Gestern habe ich das Rezept nachgekocht - sehr lecker - habe 100 gr. Basmatireis extra gekocht und zu dem gedünsteten Gemüse hinzugefügt - sind zwar mehr kcal - jedoch sehr empfehlenswert, da ich es dann auf 4 Portionen verteilt habe
