Борщ Зеленый

Directions

  1. Залейте мясо 3 литрами воды, доведите до кипения на сильном огне. Когда вода закипит, уменьшите огонь, снимите пену, добавьте нарезанную мелкой соломкой свеклу и предварительно замоченную фасоль варите около получаса.
  2. Картофель порежьте мелкими кубиками и добавьте в кастрюлю.
  3. Пассируйте на растительном масле накрошенный лук и морковь.
  4. 4 яйца отварите и покрошите кубиками.
  5. Щавель, зеленый лук, петрушку покрошите. Добавьте в борш зелень и яйца. Прокипятите в течении 5 минут.
