Mini Quiches aux Lardons sans Pâte

Directions
- Chauffer le four à 200°C. Graisser les moules à muffins et mettre un petit cercle de papier sulfurisé au fond des moules.
- Dans un bol, bien mélanger les oeufs, la crème fraîche et la crème liquide Ajouter la farine, bien mélanger.
- Ajouter le fromage et les allumettes. Ajouter le sel de céleri et des herbes de provence; (ou tout autre épices/herbes de votre choix).
- Cuire à four chaud 20-25 minutes.
