Esse suco é um super concentrado de vitamina C e ainda ajuda no combate contra a anemia, elimina toxinas, limpa o intestino e previne muitas doenças e o envelhecimento.

Directions

  1. Higienize as folhas da couve e corte grosseiramente, e mantenha os talos.
  2. Descasque a laranja e corte em pedaços com bagaço e tudo.
  3. Rale ou fatie a metade de uma cenoura média.
  4. Coloque tudo no liquidificador, junto com a água e o adoçante ou açúcar a gosto, e bata bem, depois é só coar e aproveitar.
