Muffins aux Fruits Rouges et Fromage Blanc

Directions

  1. Chauffer le four à 180°C. Graisser ou tapisser les moules.
  2. Mélanger tous les ingrédients liquides. Ajouter la cassonade et bien mélanger.
  3. Ajouter le reste des ingrédients secs.
  4. Incorporer les fruits.
  5. Mettre dans les moules et cuire 20 minutes à four chaud.
  6. Laisser refroidir quelques minutes avant de manipuler.
