Запеканка из Кабачка

Нежная и легкая запеканка.

Directions

  1. Кабачок очистить, нарезать тонкими дольками и потушить на оливковом масле 10 минут, добавив соль и перец.
  2. Натереть на терке сыр. Перемешать в блендере тертый сыр, яйца и молоко.
  3. Выложить в смазанную форму кабачок, залить смесью из сыра, яиц и молока и запечь в духовке 20 минут при температуре 210 градусов.

Попробую приготовить, а вот молоко и сыр возьму низкокалорийные, а то блюдо жирное получается.
