Pita Pocket de Atún

Liviano, sencillo y tradicional sándwich lleno de sabor y frescura, sin muchas calorías

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pelar las paltas (elegir unas que estén maduras pero no muy blandas), picarlas en cubos pequeños y ponerlas en un bol.
  2. Luego pelar el tomate y picar en cubos del mismo tamaño, juntarlo con las paltas y agregar el cilantro picado, el jugo de limón, el aceite de oliva, el atún, sal y pimienta.
  3. Revolver con cuidado para evitar que se muelan los ingredientes y mantener la forma de cubos en la presentación.
  4. Cortar el pan pita 2 obteniendo 2 mitades que funcionan como bolsillos, calentarlas en un tostador. Poner los bolsillos colmados del guacamole de atún. Servir en un plato con una base de lechuga y colocar cada pita pocket apoyados entre ellos, ayudándose con la lechuga a que no se resbalen. Acompañar con un pocillo de mayonesa light
