Chickpeas, Garlic & Herb Sauce
Healthy sauce for brown rice or pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pan, except for chickpeas.
- Whisk together until sauce is smooth.
- Bring to a full boil, stir often.
- Reduce heat so that sauce is at a low boil for about 30 minutes.
- Add chickpeas and heat through.
- Serve over brown rice or small pasta.
