Croqueta de Salmón y Papa
Muy rapida y fácil de hacer.
Ingredients
Directions
- Blanquear las hojas de espinacas y picar fino, mezclar con la lata de salmón o salmón cocido desmenuzado, clara de huevo, queso rallado y papa cocida molida.
- Calentar un sarten con aceite spray. Dividir la mezcla en 5 porciones, y formar las croquetas. Saltear hasta que este dorado y dar vuelta. Servir.
