  1. Сердечки и желудки промыть, залить водой и посолить, поставить вариться. Очистить и нарезать картофель. После закипания поворить 15 минут и кинуть картофель. Когда картофель будет готов, выложить в кастрюлю спагетти и лук, варить еще 10 минут.
