Pollo Cinese al Sesamo

Pollo con salsa di soia e sesamo.

Directions

  1. Preparare in un pentolino una salsina con 1 bicchiere di acqua, un cucchiaio di salsa di soia e 1 cucchiaino di farina o maizena o fecola di patate (la farina si può omettere, la ma salsa non verrà densa). Eliminate i grumi mescolate finchè non inizia ad addensarsi.
  2. In una pentola antiaderente far scaldare un cucchiaino di olio e rosolare il pollo, salare poco perchè la salsa di soia è già molto saporita.
  3. Quando il pollo è quasi cotto, aggiungere nella padella la salsina, un cucchiaino di semi di sesamo e fare saltare per qualche minuto.
