Quiche de Thon et Poivrons Rouges

Variante de la quiche sans pâte classique.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prechauffer le four th 6 (180).
  2. Laver, épépiner, couper les poivrons en petits cubes. Detailler l'oignon en petits cubes aussi et faites cuire le tout 15 a 20mn. Reserver.
  3. Battre les oeufs en omelette. Saler, poivrer et ajouter 1cc de paprika. Dans un saladier, mettre la farine et creuser un puit. Versez y les oeufs, et le lait en delayant petit à petit.
  4. Ajouter le thon égoutté et émietté, ainsi que le fromage râpé, les poivrons et les oignons. Verser la préparation dans un moule à tarte en silicone et faire cuire 30mn.
  5. Manger chaud ou froid accompagnée de salade verte. Bon appetit.
