Картошка Тушеная с Шампиньонами и Сметаной

Картошка с грибами готовится очень просто, а получается вкусной.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Картофель чистим, режем кружочками. Лук мелко рубим.
  2. На масле обжариваем лук и грибы. Выкладываем картофель и добавляем 200 мл воды. Тушим 40 минут. Солим, перчим.
  3. В конце добавляем сметану и тушим пару минут. Посыпать зеленью.
