  1. Sbattere le uova.
  2. Cuocere in una padella il brodo di pesce con il sake, il pollo e la cipolla, quando saranno cotti abbassare il fuoco fino e levare il bollore, aggiungere e lasciar rapprendere l'uovo.
  3. Versare sul riso precedentemente bollito.
