Directions

  1. Misture a carne com a cebola (picada), a farinha, o ovo e o creme de cebola.
  2. Estenda sobre o mármore, não deixe ficar muito fino.
  3. Corte a cenoura, tomate, cebola, vagem, batata em cubinhos ou tiras.
  4. Recheie a carne entendida com a ricota, apresuntado, peito de peru, milho, cenoura, tomate, cebola, vagem, batata, ervilha, palmito.
  5. Enrole como rocambole e ponha na assadeira untada e leve para assar por 30 minutos ou ate dourar.
