Frango Xadrez

Bem prático, light e super gostoso.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Refogar o alho amassado com o sal no oléo, adicionar o frango picado e deixar dourar.
  2. Acrescentar os pimentões, cebola e o shoyu, colocar uma xícara de água e deixar cozinhar em fogo brando por 10 minutos.
  3. Misturar a maizena em meio copo d'água e despejar no frango xadrez, mexendo sempre até engrossar. Servir com arroz branco. Pode ser acrescentado amendoim, mas não recomendo pra quem está de dieta.
