Coscette di Pollo con Patate

Pochi grassi e molto gusto, piatto unico.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavare e sbucciare le patate tagliandole a cubetti di 2-3 cm.
  2. Far rosolare a fuoco basso le coscette di pollo nel vino per 2-3 di minuti (il vino deve evaporare ma non del tutto).
  3. Aggiungere i cubetti di patate e acqua tiepida fino ad arrivare a metà altezza del pollo.
  4. Aggiungere il dado (o un misurino di brodo in polvere) e le spezie desiderate (aglio, rosmarino, pepe, timo a seconda dei gusti).
  5. Coprire con il coperchio e far cuocere a fuoco medio per 5 minuti. Girare le coscette e abbasare la fiamma. La cottura sarà ultimata quando il liquido sarà evaporato lasciando solo una saporita crema di condimento.
