Chiles Rellenos de Queso Panela

Ideales para una cena ligera y rica.

Directions

  1. Poner a hervir los tomates con la cebolla el ajo. Una vez cocidos licuar y separar para hacer un caldillo de tomate.
  2. Poner a asar los chiles poblanos directamente en la estufa hasta que queden negros. Retirar y meterlos en una bolsa de plástico por 10 min para que se humedezcan. Retirar la piel quemada bajo el chorro suave del agua. Retirar semillas.
  3. Rellenar los chiles con de queso panela y bañar con el caldillo de tomate.
