Zucchini, Tomaten und Spinat-Lasagne mit Lachs

Cremige, gesunde und leckere Lasagne ohne Nudeln.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln und knoblauch andünsten, dann den aufgetauten Spinat hinzufügen. Ca 10 min mit der Sahne, Cremosano und Gemüsebrühe aufkochen.
  2. Den Goudakäse und den Lachs in dünne Streifen schneiden, dann den Lachs mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  3. Zucchini und Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden.
  4. Nun alles abwechselnd in die Auflaufform schichten. Sie beginnen mit der Spinatsauce und enden mit Gouda-Käse.
  5. Die Auflaufform für ca. 35-40 Minuten in die Mitte des auf 180 °C vorgeheizten Ofens stellen.
