Torta Light con Ricotta e Cioccolato

Deliziosa torta con la ricotta e cioccolato.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mettete in una ciotola la farina, dolcificante, il lievito, la vanillina e il sale. Mescolate bene.
  2. Aggiungete il cioccolato e mescolate ancora. Versate nel composto la ricotta e, aiutandovi con una forchetta, amalgamatela bene agli ingredienti secchi.
  3. Otterrete un composto piuttosto denso, versatelo in una tortiera imburrata e infarinata, cercate di livellare bene la superficie e infornatela, in forno già caldo, a 180°C per una quarantina di minuti.
