Pancakes Ai Mirtilli e Yogurt Greco

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mescolare lo yogurt e il uovo in una ciotola fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e omogeneo.
  2. Aggiungere la farina e il bicarbonato e mescolare.
  3. Preriscaldare una piastra o una padella a fuoco medio.
  4. Posizionare la pastella sulla piastra e appiattirla.
  5. Cuocere per circa 3 minuti o fino a doratura, quindi capovolgere e cuocere l'altro lato per circa 2 minuti, fino a quando non è dorato. Durante la cottura potete aggiungere dei mirtilli freschi nel composto dei pancakes.
  6. Servire con frutta e/o sciroppo.
